The WW Customer Trust Training – Learning Experience Design (LXD) team at arenaflex plays a critical role in shaping the skills and knowledge of new hires and tenured investigators within the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical. Job Overview This role involves designing and developing learning programs that impact all new hires and tenured investigators within the Payment Risk Operations (PRO) vertical. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging e-learning content, managing curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles, mentoring new LXDs and apprentices, and contributing to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates. You will also employ project management skills to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects, embed data collection and feedback mechanisms, and collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop technical and non-technical training content. Key Responsibilities Create engaging e-learning for on-the-job performance improvement, using authoring tools like Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, or similar development tools Manage and execute curriculum maintenance review and implementations cycles Mentor or coach new LXDs and apprentices on design and processes Consult with customers to define the problem to be solved and the best solution to that problem Contribute to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates to minimize the development time for new training materials Employ project management skills and tools to manage multiple medium to large-scale projects from analysis through delivery concurrently Embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights into the Investigator Learning Experience Lead efforts to drive continuous performance improvement from those insights Conduct analysis to identify key tasks/skills to target in the curriculum and perform post-implementation evaluation on key performance and business metrics Collaborate effectively with global stakeholder teams; Training Delivery, Learner Performance, Operations, Quality, and GPO, to identify knowledge gaps, and develop technical and non-technical training content About the Team The WW Customer Trust Training Learning Experience Design (LXD) team at arenaflex is a dynamic and talented group of professionals who are passionate about creating great learning experiences for associates and investigators. Our primary responsibility is to support new hire, upskill, and other trainings that provide them with the resources they need to effectively do their job. We improve Learner Capabilities and Performance through continuous learning, inclusive curriculum design, localization, video-based learning, enhanced practice, proactive maintenance of our curricula, and by measuring the learner experience through customer feedback and curriculum evaluation.
