About the Role We're seeking an exceptional Lead Data Analyst to join our Commitment Investigation team, where you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to turn data into insights and drive business action. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead the team's reporting strategy and data approach, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs Partner with analysts to build tooling and communicate insights to partners and the broader Disney universe Drive the adoption of analytics as a core value driver across our organization, fostering a data-informed culture and mindset Lead the development of meaningful and consistent metrics and reporting across streaming platforms, ensuring data quality and integrity Collaborate with our Management team to define and standardize metrics for assessing product performance, creating a single source of truth for data-driven decision-making Design and implement ETLs, mediator tables, and performant dashboards, leveraging expertise in data modeling, testing platforms, data visualization, and data architecture Foster strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, MIS, Statistics, Economics, Math, or a related field Proficiency in creating data analysis and data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc. 7+ years of analytical experience, ideally in analysis engineering or a related field Expertise in SQL, with experience in SparkSQL, Hive, and other related technologies Strong understanding of OLAP databases, such as Snowflake or Redshift Experience creating and maintaining optimized tables for reporting through ETLs Project and resource management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, set targets, and coordinate work across multiple stakeholders Programming skills in Python, R, or other statistical programming languages Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to diverse audiences Preferred Qualifications A sense of humor and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Unique interests or areas of expertise that influence your approach to collaboration and problem-solving Career Growth and Development At Disney, we're committed to fostering a culture of growth, learning, and development.
