As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the operational manageability of our critical infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who are passionate about making a difference. **Key Responsibilities:** As an IT Business Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Providing IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational manageability of our critical infrastructure that supports our airport communication spaces. * Managing the IT administration of all site executions, inventories, foundation planning, accompanying, preventive maintenance, and break/fix services for server farm critical infrastructure, IT lab environments, and remote communication room critical climate hardware. * Providing IT support for IT labs to enable our client application and design teams to test their applications with workstations, equipment, and access. * Coordinating remotely with professional services teams responsible for critical infrastructure support and break-fix activities at remote communication rooms. * Managing, operating, maintaining, and monitoring all critical facilities infrastructure for server farm and remote communication room equipment. * Developing server farm and remote communication room guidelines for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT infrastructure. * Supporting IT Offices ground fiber ring to maintain the reliability and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring. * Suggesting and implementing departmental policies, procedures, standards, and best practices. * Ensuring compliance with all corporate standards and regulations. * Managing project execution of server farm and remote communication room capital enhancements, upgrades, and improvements. * Selecting and managing IT and critical facilities services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best prices for products and services, and ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations. * Overseeing the plan, execution, and vendor support of proper electrical power, A/C, fire suppression, security, floor support, and cabling programs for communication rooms. * Providing proactive and break-fix support for alarm/ticket remediation related to offices, remote communication rooms, lab, and server farm equipment. * Maintaining operational manageability of airport critical climate infrastructure. * Developing Plan Principles for Remote Communication Room Space, UPS, air conditioning, Generators, and Fire Life and Safety (FLS) systems. * Coordinating remotely with airport critical infrastructure support and break-fix activities. * Auditing/Store Support Records.
