Key Responsibilities In this critical role, you will be responsible for: Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and revenue expansion Utilizing your expertise in database programming languages (SQL, PL/SQL) and other database applications (MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL) to analyze and interpret complex data sets, including historical financial, operational, and transactional data Preparing and validating analyses, reports, presentations, quantitative exhibits, and other client deliverables to present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders Participating in client meetings to review results of work performed and provide strategic guidance and recommendations Managing day-to-day activities of projects, including interaction with team members, professionals from other firms, and clients to ensure successful project delivery Mentoring and driving team development to enhance skills and expertise, and foster a culture of innovation and excellence Executing and expanding on projects involving electronic data identification, collection, processing, review, and analysis relevant to management consulting, financial investigation, and regulatory/compliance engagements Building relationships and engaging in activities to generate qualified leads and drive business growth Working on project-based work across various industries and geographies to leverage your expertise and experience Producing high-quality written reports, often with tight deadlines, to present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders Providing support in other ad-hoc tasks and projects as required Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a relevant field, such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business Analytics 12+ years of relevant work experience in the consulting industry, with deep industry expertise (e.g., Financial Services, Life Sciences) being a significant plus 7+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams, and developing business through marketing and thought leadership efforts 7+ years of experience with database programming languages (SQL, PL/SQL) and other database applications (MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL) 3+ years of experience with other programming and scripting languages (PHP, VBA, Python, C#), ETL software, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) Ability to travel as needed to meet client and project requirements Strong organization and attention to detail skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Advanced degree in a relevant field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. Professional certifications, such as CFA, CPA, or CISA Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and tools Knowledge of data science and machine learning concepts, and experience with relevant tools and technologies Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights and recommendations Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and develop strategic solutions Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
