The Opportunity As an Insurance Agent with Workwarp, you'll have the chance to build a fulfilling career in Life and Health Insurance sales, working with top-rated carriers and a range of proprietary product lines. You'll respond to client requests, set appointments, and work with families to protect and prepare for their financial futures. Our clients have already expressed a need for our services, so you won't need to cold call or engage in door-to-door sales. Instead, you'll focus on building rapport, providing solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Respond to client requests and inquiries, setting appointments and meeting with families to discuss their financial needs. Utilize our easy-to-use online tools to write applications, and build strong relationships with clients through the Zoom platform or telephone. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Participate in ongoing training, resources, and mentorship to enhance your skills and knowledge. Attend virtual training meetings and contribute to team discussions. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: A valid Life, Health, and Accidental Insurance license (or a willingness to obtain one through our streamlined online study course). A strong work ethic and self-discipline, with the ability to work independently from home. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients. A passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field. A proven track record of success in sales or customer service. Strong leadership potential and a desire to grow and develop as a professional. Experience with Zoom or other virtual meeting platforms.
