About the Role: Overlay Sales Director - Contact Center Solutions We are seeking an exceptional Overlay Sales Director - Contact Center Solutions to join our Sales Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will focus on our innovative Invoca for Sales solution, designed to cater to the unique needs of Contact Centers. You will be at the forefront of introducing this cutting-edge product to our valued B2C clientele. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who excel in presenting new SaaS solutions to sales leaders and share our passion for understanding customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Craft Impactful Solutions: Develop solutions using our existing product and future capabilities to address the needs of customer sales leaders. Understand Customer Requirements: Gain a deep understanding of call center customer requirements and collaborate with Product teams to influence development priorities. Coordinate Messaging and Expectations: Coordinate messaging and expectations across internal teams to align with the opportunity's stage. Manage Customer Expectations: Manage customer expectations and address business-related escalations during extended implementation periods. Collaborate with Product Marketing: Collaborate with Product Marketing to refine messaging as new use cases and competitive advantages emerge. Lead the End-to-End Sales Process: Lead the end-to-end sales process, from qualification to closing deals. Comprehend Enterprise Customer Needs: Thoroughly comprehend enterprise customer needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of Invoca. Design and Execute Sales Strategies: Design and execute sales strategies, create compelling presentations, and conduct software demonstrations for enterprise-level clients. Ensure Accurate Forecasting: Ensure that Salesforce is consistently updated with the latest forecasts, activities, and next steps. Essential Qualifications: Experience in Sales Engineering: Proven experience in sales engineering, preferably in the SaaS industry. Understanding of Contact Center Solutions: Strong understanding of contact center solutions and their applications. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to Work in a Remote Environment: Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with AI-Powered Solutions: Experience working with AI-powered solutions or machine learning technologies. Familiarity with Salesforce: Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the contact center or customer service industry.
