Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Inbound Sales Representative to join our remote team. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, responding to inbound sales calls, and helping customers find and purchase their desired products. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive hourly rate of $27/hour and opportunities for career growth and development. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound sales calls, approximately 40 calls per day, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience Utilize our scheduling system to manage your daily schedule, including break times, lunch times, team meetings, and training sessions Log in and prepare for your shift, ensuring that you are ready to provide a first-class customer experience Contact product suppliers to gather additional information that may not be available on the blithequark website Follow the assigned Sales Cycle and call flow, including testing questions, accepting the sale, building rapport, and upselling or cross-selling products Stay focused on our customers, free from distractions, and work independently for the entire shift Participate in engagement activities, sales challenges, and other aspects of our culture Meet the required internet speed of at least 25 Mbps (download) and 5 Mbps (upload) to support voice traffic and HTTPS web traffic using a hard-wired Ethernet internet connection Maintain a quiet and distraction-free workspace, with a desk and necessary computer hardware provided by blithequark Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a call center/retail/virtual environment Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically in a fast-paced environment Superb communication and relationship-building skills Proven written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a virtual world, comfortable with technology, and maintain a high level of problem-solving skills Normal and consistent attendance is a fundamental requirement of this position Ability to use your personality to connect with others quickly and build rapport Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Familiarity with sales software and technology Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with others Experience with data entry and customer service software Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
