As a result, they're now looking to expand their team with a talented Inbound Sales Closer who can help drive their sales efforts forward. Key Responsibilities Taking introductory calls to qualify potential new clients and assess their needs Conducting demo calls to showcase the product and close new clients Responding to new leads and getting them on a call in a timely manner Providing ongoing feedback on lead quality to the marketing department to optimize lead generation Following up with leads from the pipeline to maximize conversion rates Performing miscellaneous tasks related to client sales as needed Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: Transferable sales experience, preferably in B2B sales and high-ticket closing A minimum of 2+ years of experience in a sales position Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities A strong mindset and drive, with a willingness to hold yourself accountable for performance and be resilient in the face of rejection Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English The ability to work independently as a self-starter, managing your schedule and meeting deadlines without direct supervision A competitive and confident attitude, with a willingness to coach others and set expectations Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities Creativity and a willingness to come up with new ideas and approaches A coachable attitude, with a desire to participate in ongoing training and continuously improve performance The ability to collaborate with a small team, ask for help when needed, and complete tasks as required A proactive approach, with a willingness to anticipate and address problems or opportunities A solid understanding of technology and social media, or a willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in the real estate or investing marketing industry A proven track record of success in high-ticket closing Familiarity with online lead generation systems and digital marketing processes What We Offer In return for your skills and dedication, we offer: A fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world A competitive salary with high earning potential, including: Avg Commission: $800 to $1100 Per Sale!
