Key Responsibilities Serve as a patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner Collect and input patient data into our e-Intake system with accuracy and attention to detail Verify products and services to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards Manage high-volume inbound phone calls for initial intake and assist with CPAP resupply, providing exceptional customer service and support Provide basic technical assistance and education on CPAP equipment to patients, addressing their concerns and promoting positive health outcomes Essential Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning One to three years of related prior work experience in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on customer service and patient care Strong customer service background, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and internet skills, with the ability to navigate our e-Intake system and other software applications Valid driver's license in the state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position), ensuring reliability and flexibility Preferred Qualifications Experience in the medical field and administrative record management, with a deep understanding of healthcare operations and regulations Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) or Home Medical Equipment (HME), with a focus on CPAP equipment and resupply Familiarity with billing reimbursement and insurance policies, ensuring compliance and accuracy in our financial transactions Medical terminology knowledge, with the ability to interpret and communicate complex medical information effectively Ability to interpret a variety of instructions across different communication mediums, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
