As a representative of arenaflex, you will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations by addressing product-related concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, ensuring prompt and professional resolution of customer inquiries and concerns Take orders, verify information, and track packages in a timely and accurate manner Utilize computer systems to navigate through multiple platforms and enter information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and sales goals Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Be at least 18 years old and reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin High school diploma or equivalent required Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a home office environment with minimal supervision Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Windows 10 or 11 Operating System and ability to navigate through multiple computer systems Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 4.0 MBPS and upload speed of 2.0 MBPS Wired USB headset and keyboard with function keys required Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment Availability for first shift, with flexibility to work weekend shifts Strong sales and upselling skills Experience working in a home office environment with a proven track record of productivity and self-motivation Dual monitors, external mouse, and webcam recommended but not required Skills and Competencies: To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Windows 10 or 11 Operating System and ability to navigate through multiple computer systems Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
