Our culture is built on a foundation of collaboration, innovation, and a passion for excellence. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced IAM Developer – Integration and Governance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IAM team, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Intelligence Quotient (IIQ) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to design software integrations that meet our scalable and nimble requirements. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in an enterprise environment * SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data * Implementation of JML events, custom/ OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding * Strong exposure to standard identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation * Strong experience with exchange deployment/ release management experience * Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other related technologies **What You'll Convey** * A strong passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * A strong desire to learn and grow with our team **About arenaflex Global Tech** At arenaflex Global Tech, we're a team of software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity professionals, and service specialists who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our customers, employees, and stakeholders.
