This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **How will you make an impact in this role?** As a Hybrid Customer Care Professional - Small Business Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. You will also be working proactively to prevent future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
