You'll work closely with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone. Your exceptional communication skills, results-driven approach, and growth mindset will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to Homesite-CONNECT customers, responding to service issues, requests, and account information in a timely and effective manner * Communicate directly with customers to research questions, open issue resolution cases, and resolve higher-level problems over the phone * Develop an understanding of procedures to educate clients and advisors on newly enacted services, facilitating efficient self-service * Troubleshoot simple usability issues raised by customers and refer more complex issues to appropriate service partners * Ensure that all relevant information is gathered and entered to ensure prompt resolution * Receive guidance from coaches on a frequent basis to process requests **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience providing customer-focused solutions or support * Demonstrated written and spoken communication skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Licenses: Employees are expected to pass their state's P&C license exam within 12 months * Training and administrative support will be provided **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a customer service or support role in the insurance industry * Knowledge of insurance products and services * Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
