Experienced Home Health and Palliative Care Director – Leadership Opportunity in a Prestigious Healthcare System

Job Overview The Home Health and Palliative Care Director will be responsible for the administrative and clinical oversight of both departments, covering a large service area with an average daily census of 400 Home Health and 100 Hospice patients. This comprehensive role will involve leading a team of 133 FTEs, consisting of Registered Nurses, Social Workers, and other support staff, with 9 direct reports. The ideal candidate will have several years of progressive leadership experience in both Home Health and Hospice, with a proven track record of managing large caseloads and driving departmental growth.
