Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HiFi Guide to join our team as a live chat agent. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in providing expert guidance, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring a high level of service that aligns with our commitment to quality. Your primary responsibilities will include qualifying customers, scheduling follow-up appointments, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers through live chat to qualify those looking to sell their audio equipment or those requiring additional attention due to high-value purchases. Offer expert guidance on product features, compatibility, and performance to help customers make informed decisions. Schedule follow-up appointments for qualified customers with our HiFi Guides or relevant team members, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and thorough documentation. Collaborate with our HiFi Buyers and other HiFi Guides to resolve customers’ needs and enhance overall customer service. Stay updated on our product offerings, services, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations and solutions. Uphold the premium service standards of arenaflex by delivering a courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive customer experience. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Sales experience, both face-to-face and over the phone/email, with a strong focus on customer service. A deep understanding of and professional experience with high-performance, 2-channel audio systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information. Customer service and de-escalation skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences. Computer proficiency, with experience using CRM systems and other software applications. Ability to collaborate effectively with HiFi Guides and HiFi Buyers to ensure seamless customer experiences. Preferred qualifications include: Experience working in the audio industry, with a strong knowledge of high-end audio products and technologies. Familiarity with live chat software and CRM systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing timely and effective support to customers. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
