Job Summary: Healthcare Customer Service Representative As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the frontline representative for our healthcare clients, addressing customer concerns, providing support, and resolving issues with professionalism and empathy. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients' customers have a positive experience, fostering loyalty and trust in the healthcare services provided. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with issues and concerns related to healthcare products and services, providing timely and effective solutions. Document call-related information accurately for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Maintain and update customer information as necessary, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection policies. Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services, identifying opportunities to meet their evolving needs. Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED; relevant customer service experience is a plus. Strong computer navigational skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel). Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, ensuring you understand and address customer concerns effectively. A professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-oriented approach. Work Environment and Requirements As a Work From Home representative, you will need to ensure your home workspace meets the following requirements: A private residence with a dedicated workspace. A reliable Internet/Broadband Internet Connection - DSL or Cable only, with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps. blithequark will provide necessary equipment, which may include a webcam. Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet. Physical Demands This is a sedentary role that requires constant use of phone and computer systems.
