As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. We believe in investing in our employees and providing opportunities for career growth and advancement. **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media * Finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **Qualifications** We are looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
