We believe in the power of technology to make a positive impact on people's lives, and we're committed to using our expertise to drive innovation and growth. **The Role** As an Experienced IAM Developer – SailPoint Integration and Governance, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) events within our IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform. You will work closely with our global-class software and platform teams to deliver scalable, nimble, and secure solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and JML events within IIQ * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment * SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data * Implementation of JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding * Strong exposure to general identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation * Strong experience with exchange deployment/release management experience * Experience of Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other related technologies **What You'll Convey** * A strong passion for IAM and a desire to make a positive impact on our customers, employees, and stakeholders * Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * A strong understanding of security principles and best practices, with a focus on mitigating attack risks and securing cloud transformation * A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation **About Our Team** Our team is dedicated to creating a secure and efficient experience for our customers, employees, and stakeholders.
