Job Overview As a Healthcare Customer Service Expert at blithequark, you will work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, handling approximately 60-65 incoming calls per day. Your primary responsibility will be to collect clinical and demographic information, enter data into our CareCentrix portal, and provide exceptional customer service to our patients and partners. Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate excellent empathy and patience when interacting with patients, providers, and referral sources, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders. Collect and accurately enter clinical and demographic information into our CareCentrix portal, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and attention to detail. Comply with all blithequark policies, including HIPAA/PHI, to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive patient information. Strive to meet or exceed individual performance goals in areas such as Call Quality, Attendance, Adherence, and other Contact Center objectives, contributing to the overall success of our team. Essential Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must possess: A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in basic education and skills. Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and handling complex requests. Minimum 1 year of experience working in the healthcare or medical industry, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and the ability to navigate complex clinical information. Intermediate keyboarding abilities, with a minimum of 30 words per minute, and the ability to data enter while actively listening to patients and providers. Basic PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams), and the ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications. A passing score on the SHL Customer Service Phone Simulation Assessment, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced call center environment. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working in a remote call center environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide creative solutions.
