Key Responsibilities In this critical role, you will work in a remote, high-volume call center environment, handling approximately 60-65 incoming calls per day from healthcare providers, referral sources, and patients. Your primary responsibilities will include: Collecting clinical and demographic information and accurately entering it into our portal Providing empathetic support and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner Addressing complex requests and escalating issues as needed to ensure seamless resolution Complying with all arenaflex policies, including HIPAA/PHI, to maintain the highest standards of patient confidentiality and data security Striving to meet or exceed individual performance goals in areas such as Call Quality, Attendance, Adherence, and other Contact Center objectives Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of Customer Service experience in a call center environment Minimum 1 year of experience working in the healthcare or medical industry, with a strong understanding of medical terminology Ability to navigate dual monitors and multiple applications with ease Intermediate keyboarding abilities, with a minimum of 30 words per minute, and the ability to data enter while actively listening Basic PC and Search Engine abilities, including troubleshooting, working with Microsoft Office, and navigating the internet Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working in a remote call center environment Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and patient services Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software applications Certification in Customer Service or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with patients and provide compassionate support.
