Experienced Customer Support Service Representative – STAT Team for arenaflex, Delivering Exceptional Client Experiences in a Fast-Paced Environment

About the Role In this exciting opportunity, you will work closely with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to provide product education, handle a wide variety of questions, and resolve routine customer requests via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet. Key Responsibilities Act as a liaison between arenaflex, the customer base, and patients, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet, utilizing protocol procedures and strong problem-solving skills Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, inquiring, clarifying, and confirming customer requirements and understanding of the solution Provide additional customer education and information as needed, ensuring that customers are empowered to make informed decisions Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting arenaflex's products and services, working to expand our customer base and drive business growth Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions, utilizing strong analytical and multitasking abilities Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that customers receive the information they need to make informed decisions Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies, maintaining the highest level of quality and attention to detail Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance, contributing to the ongoing success and growth of arenaflex Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance, ensuring that all customer data is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, with a strong foundation in customer service and communication Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or call center environment Prior healthcare industry experience, such as a physician's office or hospital, is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of the complexities and nuances of the healthcare sector Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred, with a strong understanding of CRM and data management principles Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent ability to listen and respond to customer needs and concerns Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation, always putting the customer first and striving to deliver exceptional experiences Excellent multitasking abilities required, with the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly and efficiently Strong flexibility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a schedule that includes Sunday - Thursday, 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM PST What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with a comprehensive range of benefits, including: Competitive pay range of $15 - $25 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, and paid time off (PTO) or flexible time off (FTO) Opportunities for professional development and growth, with a strong focus on ongoing learning and skill-building A dynamic and supportive work environment, with a team of experienced and dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences A commitment to diversity and inclusion, with a strong focus on creating a workplace that is welcoming and inclusive to all employees Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
