We offer a clear path for career advancement, and our employees have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on our organization and the lives of our clients. **Responsibilities** As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling when required **Qualifications** We are seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
