Job Summary As an arenaflex customer service representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues, and promoting airline services. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support via phone, email, or chat channels, and ensuring that every customer receives excellent service. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer receives excellent service and support. Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support via phone, email, or chat channels. Verify customer registration and admission to clubs and/or lounges. Complete all guest experience elements, including greeting customers by name, ensuring name tags are visible, providing WIFI passwords, and asking how you can assist. Make and confirm reservations for flights using the semi-automated business review environment (SABRE) or Qantas Intelligent Keypad (QIK). Check in premium passengers for their flights, including flight changes, rebooking, and passport verification. Track flights for boarding schedules, delays, or disruptions to best serve customer needs. Issue customer tickets, including day of departure, reissues, and future tickets. Cancel passenger reservations that have been requested. Prioritize customers, including upgrades and standby. Resolve client travel difficulties as soon as possible. Contact the next level of customer service support, including premium services CSCs or CSMs, to handle unsolved client issues. Record customer issues in the passenger name record (PNR). Perform club enrollment or sales operations, including Admiral's Club or credit card subscriptions. Coordinate services offered to consumers with elite status, including the Concierge Key program and Five Star service. Assist consumers with elite status, including Concierge Key and Five Star Members, as they go through terminals. Assist customers with their luggage as needed. Maintain the appearance of lounges or clubs through walk-throughs. Engage with business partners to ensure that food and beverages are available to club and/or lounge customers. Supervise the activities of business partners who provide services to the club(s) and/or lounge. Help customers with technology available in the club(s) and/or lounge. Reserve meeting rooms for same-day travel requirements. Coordinate services for gatherings held in conference rooms, including food for meetings. Complete opening and closing procedures for the club(s) and/or lounge. Respond to escalating customer issues or concerns. Perform a liquor inventory audit in collaboration with a beverage business partner (at some airports). Monitor the KeyStar system to ensure suitable services are provided to clients (e.g., government officials, OneWorld, Concierge Key, and FiveStar) (at some airports). Report to your designated station or location on time, as scheduled, including obligatory overtime obligations, shifting shifts, weekends, and holidays. Complete job-related trainings. Follow corporate policies, procedures, and performance expectations. Wear uniforms in accordance with business regulations. Follow all federal regulations, including DOT, FAA, and TSA. Use a variety of internal resources and systems, including during customer contacts. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications A GED or high school diploma. The ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. Some locations may require bilingual language capabilities. To qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), you must pass an FAA criminal background check. If applicable, you must be able to obtain proper airport authorization and/or US Customs security badges. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience. Strong salesmanship and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to connect effectively with all levels of management and the general public. Self-motivated and service-oriented with a high level of professionalism. Previous experience in the travel business. Experience with computers. Excellent organizing and administrative skills. The ability to work irregular and/or long hours, including weekends and holidays. The ability to attend training sessions in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas.
