As you continue to grow and challenge yourself, you will discover your potential can take you anywhere you want to go. **Responsibilities** Your key responsibilities will include: * **Connecting with customers**: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns. * **Calmly resolving issues**: Attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise. * **Escalating interactions**: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate. * **Responding to requests**: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments. * **Tracking call information**: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * **Providing feedback**: Provide feedback on call issues. * **Upselling**: Upsell if required. **We're Looking for Fearless People** We're seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
