About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced full-time Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales calls, scheduling patients, and providing exceptional general customer service. Key Responsibilities Answering inbound sales calls to guide patients or their families in deciding to book our services, providing clear information about our offerings and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Checking insurance coverage for patients and submitting pre-authorizations to ensure a smooth process for those seeking our care. Following up with potential patients to provide additional information, answer questions, and encourage them to proceed with our services. Scheduling appointments and rescheduling when necessary, ensuring that our patients receive the care they need in a timely manner. Following up with patients on the status of their care, including equipment, materials, and surveys, to ensure they have everything needed for a successful experience with our services. Providing weekly sales updates to the operations manager, contributing to the growth and development of our sales strategies. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you must possess a unique blend of experience, skills, and personal qualities. The essential requirements include: At least 10 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and ensuring high customer satisfaction. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a medical receptionist, including insurance verification experience, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and processes. At least 5 years of experience in inside/inbound sales, showcasing your capability to effectively communicate the value of our services to potential patients and their families. Strong computer and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accurate records. A highly self-motivated individual who enjoys spending time talking to prospects on the phone and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. High flexibility, as our growing company may require adjustments in responsibilities or the addition of new tasks, and the ability to adapt to these changes with a positive and proactive attitude. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including: A base salary range of $42,000 to $49,000 per year, depending on experience.
