Job Summary As a valued member of the blithequark team, your primary role will be to assist customers with issues and concerns related to healthcare products and services. You will provide top-notch support, resolve problems efficiently, and ensure that every interaction leaves a positive impression. Key Responsibilities Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of healthcare products and/or services, providing clear, concise, and compassionate support. Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain and update customer information as necessary, adhering to data privacy and security protocols. Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services, promoting products that meet their evolving needs and preferences. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and customer-centricity. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in basic skills and a willingness to learn and grow. Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or call center environment, where you have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience in a healthcare-related field, with knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare products, and services.
