Job Overview The Customer Success Specialist (CSS) is the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and providing information through inbound and outbound phone calls. As a CSS at blithequark, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience with our food ordering app, addressing their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your exceptional communication skills, both in Mandarin and English, will be essential in providing personalized support and maintaining our brand's reputation. Key Responsibilities Assist customers in placing online orders, providing guidance and support as needed Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Process payments securely, ensuring that all transactions are handled efficiently and accurately Proactively support customers, identifying and escalating priority issues to ensure timely resolution Collaborate with the team to improve customer support, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance service quality Maintain and improve service quality, continuously seeking opportunities to exceed customer expectations Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in any field At least 6 months of experience in customer support, with call center experience being advantageous but not mandatory B2 level proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Mandarin, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently Customer service-oriented, with active listening skills and the ability to handle inquiries professionally Typing speed of at least 40wpm with 90% accuracy, with proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the qualifications and requirements listed above, the following skills and competencies are essential for success in this role: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and think critically Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all aspects of work Ability to work independently, with a high level of autonomy and self-motivation Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
