About the Role: Health Care Expert for Weekend Support As a Health Care Expert with Bluebird Care Leicester, you'll play a vital role in supporting our customers with their daily needs, from personal care and administering medication to promoting their overall health and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Providing high-quality personal care to our customers, tailored to their individual needs and preferences. Administering medication as required, ensuring our customers receive the right treatment at the right time. Assisting with manual handling tasks, using equipment where necessary to ensure safe and effective care. Promoting customer health and well-being through engaging activities and support, enabling them to live their lives to the full. Building strong relationships with our customers, their families, and our care team to ensure seamless care delivery. Essential Qualifications and Skills: While previous experience in a care role is beneficial, it's not the only factor we're considering. We're looking for individuals who are naturally compassionate, caring, and patient, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on our customers' lives. A full and valid UK driving license, with access to a car for travel to customer locations. The right to work in the UK, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. An excellent level of English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with our customers and care team. A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with availability to work between 7am and 10pm on weekends.
