Key Responsibilities: Respond to live chat messages in a professional and courteous manner, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and effective way. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, including answering questions, offering sales links, and promoting discounts and special offers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and personalized experience that reflects the values and mission of arenaflex. Work independently to resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary. Collaborate with internal teams to stay up-to-date on new products, services, and initiatives, ensuring a deep understanding of arenaflex's offerings and capabilities. Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction targets. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need: A device capable of accessing social media and app-based chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop). The ability to work independently, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders. A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace that is quiet, private, and free from distractions. Availability of at least 5 hours per week, with the potential to work up to 40 hours per week. The ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
