Assisting guests with reservations, property inquiries, and other service-related questions to provide informed assistance and support. Resolving client complaints or issues by following up and ensuring customer satisfaction, which may involve collaborating with other team members to find solutions. Maintaining a detailed knowledge of our properties, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance and support to our guests. Documenting interactions and following up on unresolved inquiries to enhance customer experience and ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely manner. Collaborating with team members to improve service delivery and identify trends in guest feedback, which will help us to continuously improve our services and support. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Proven experience in customer service or guest relations, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry, where you have demonstrated your ability to provide exceptional service and support to clients. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, which will enable you to effectively communicate with our guests and provide them with timely and friendly service. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset, which will allow you to resolve client complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner. Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, which will enable you to effectively manage incoming guest inquiries and provide informed assistance and support. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time effectively, and prioritizing tasks to ensure that all responsibilities are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, which will enable you to maintain accurate records and documents, and follow up on unresolved inquiries in a timely manner. High school diploma; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus, and will be considered an asset in this role. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, where you have demonstrated your ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
