Your responsibilities will include: Sharing your love and expertise for golf and the blithequark brand with customers, providing personalized recommendations and support Utilizing primarily blithequark golf equipment to stay up-to-date on the latest products and technologies Communicating with customers at a professional level, addressing their questions and concerns in a clear and concise manner Familiarizing yourself with the blithequark website and related media/searches to provide accurate and helpful information to customers Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide informed recommendations and support Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail Skills and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: 5+ years of golf experience, with a deep understanding of the game and its equipment 2+ years of club fitting experience, with the ability to analyze and recommend the best products for customers' needs In-depth knowledge of current and past blithequark products, including their features, benefits, and applications Familiarity with similar products from other brands, including their strengths and weaknesses Ability to communicate and assist golfers of all levels, from enthusiasts to professionals, with a strong understanding of their needs and preferences Able to type at least 35 words per minute, with a strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing About blithequark blithequark is a company that's passionate about golf and dedicated to making its customers better players.
