Key Responsibilities Provide clear, prompt, detailed, empathetic, and customer-oriented support to our consumers via email, live chat, and phone calls. Showcase passion and connection with our products and services, understanding how they work and how they can benefit our customers. Assist customers in resolving basic to complex inquiries, using your problem-solving skills to find solutions. Build a network of support and trust with our awesome customer support team, collaborating to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Work with customers to understand how they use blithequark's services, providing valuable feedback to our Product and Development teams to improve our offerings. Act as an advocate for our customers, reporting and acting on observed areas for improvement in our product or processes. Actively seek solutions to customer needs, communicating trends to leadership and suggesting innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience. Ideal Experience and Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. Fluent in written and spoken English, with Spanish as a second language (a third language is a plus). Proven success in a fast-paced support environment, with experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, articulate, and kind customer support via phone, email, and live chat. Able to efficiently manage multiple tasks at the same time, utilizing personal judgment to take initiative and prioritize tasks. Driven to dig into the details of a system or process to solve customer problems, with a passion for learning new technologies and helping customers succeed. Displays a passion for what you do, upholding personal and corporate integrity, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. 3+ years of customer support experience, with experience in email, phone, and/or live chat support, preferably with software or technology products. Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with Zendesk, LiveAgent, or Jira experience being a plus. Work Conditions This is a remote position, with the requirement to work from Bogota, Colombia. You will be expected to work from home, with a fixed shift based on Central Standard Time. The first two months will require full availability, with no vacations approved during this period. After the initial training period, you will have the opportunity to take vacations and enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
