You will collaborate with various departments to investigate and resolve escalated incidents, communicate with stakeholders, and identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience. **Job Summary:** As a key member of our Global Customer Solutions team, you will be responsible for addressing high-profile customer issues, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing exceptional service to our customers. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service, even in the most complex and challenging situations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Research and partner with stake-holding departments to address high-profile customer issues, ensuring that all parties are informed and up-to-date on the status of the issue. * Ensure proper documentation and representation of cases, including public statements and follow-up actions, to maintain transparency and accountability. * Conduct root cause analysis and provide suggestions for addressing failures, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to prevent similar issues from arising in the future. * Collaborate with external organizations to establish customer experience history for escalated incidents, ensuring that our customers receive a seamless and consistent experience across all touchpoints. * Provide leadership updates and executive-level communications on incident handling and resolution, ensuring that our leadership team is informed and aligned with our customer service strategy. * Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer resolution processes, implementing changes and enhancements to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service. * Offer subject matter expertise and escalation support to team members and external contact center groups, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * Minimum two years of operational or contact center experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex customer issues. * Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels. * Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and make informed decisions. * Proven analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. * Proficiency in email applications and Microsoft Office products, with the ability to navigate complex systems and tools. * Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, ensuring that you are eligible to work in the country and contribute to our team. * Experience with highly complex cases and customer service escalations, with a proven track record of resolving issues and improving customer satisfaction. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Bachelor degree in English, Journalism, or related field, with a focus on communication, customer service, or a related field. * Foreign language proficiency, with the ability to communicate with customers and stakeholders in multiple languages. * Knowledge of arenaflex policies, procedures, and initiatives, with a deep understanding of our customer service strategy and goals. * Experience in the airline industry, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex customer issues. **Working Hours:** This is a remote position with flexible working hours to accommodate a dynamic and deadline-driven environment.
