Job Summary As a Virtual Chat Assistant at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. You will address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction in a timely and professional manner. Your primary goal will be to deliver personalized support, build customer relationships, and drive loyalty. Key Responsibilities Respond to Customer Inquiries: Provide accurate, timely responses to customer questions via online chat, ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution and maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide information about products and services, promoting a positive customer experience. Data Entry: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product information, company policies, and procedures to offer accurate guidance to customers and provide solutions to their inquiries. Essential Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or call center environment; experience with online chat platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) software is highly desirable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computers, online chat platforms, and CRM software; strong typing skills and accuracy in data entry. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Live Chat Software: Experience with live chat software, such as LiveChat, Zendesk, or Freshdesk, is highly desirable. Knowledge of Customer Service Principles: Knowledge of customer service principles, including customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. Time Management Skills: Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple conversations, and meet performance metrics.
