Job Summary As a Remote Online Chat Specialist at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling incoming customer live chats, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner. Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring that complex problems are addressed promptly and efficiently. Build relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, providing personalized support and guidance throughout their journey. Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, ensuring that all interactions are of the highest quality. Promote interest in Blithequark's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell solutions that meet our clients' needs. Consistently achieve established standards of the position, meeting or exceeding performance targets and contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Portray and project a positive and professional image of Blithequark, reflecting our company values and mission in all interactions. Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with tasks and duties as needed. May assist with overflow work and other duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or phone-based environment. Strong telephone etiquette and excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Familiarity with CRM tools and software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks at once, prioritizing and organizing work to meet deadlines and performance targets. Ability to adapt to different personalities and communication styles, providing exceptional customer experiences in a diverse and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with a proven track record of success in a similar setting. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and requirements, with the ability to apply this knowledge to customer interactions. Experience with live chat software and platforms, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems. Certification in customer service or a related field, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and professional development.
