Position Details and Benefits This full-time, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary range of $35,000 to $41,000 annually, based on experience. As a sales and customer service representative at arenaflex, you will enjoy a flexible schedule with 8-hour shifts starting between 7:30 AM and 10:00 AM EST, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities and Expectations Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving sales results. Completing sales and customer enrollments, identifying opportunities to boost product sales, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Utilizing computers and technology to manage daily tasks, including customer interactions, sales transactions, and data entry. Collaborating with internal teams to stay up-to-date on products, services, and promotions, and to ensure seamless customer experiences. Continuously improving knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in a call center or sales role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and driving sales results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Comfort and proficiency in using computers and technology, including software applications and data entry systems. Must reside in Texas to be eligible for this position.
