Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with empathy, respect, and patience Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions Provide personalized support to customers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve customer complaints Schedule and Training The schedule for this role includes: Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks) Rotating holidays as needed, ensuring our customers receive uninterrupted support Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in this role, including an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and customer support processes.
