Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Full-Time Remote Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Remote Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for remotely advising clients and prospects, building and managing a portfolio of small business clients, and driving business growth through proactive sales activities. Key Responsibilities Respond to inbound inquiries and requests for new products and services received through internal referrals, marketing efforts, and remote channels, including telephone, email, and digital requests. Build, expand, and manage a portfolio of small business clients, conducting proactive needs-based assessments and making recommendations that meet the Bank's and the client's financial goals. Conduct outbound sales activities, with assigned tasks primarily focused on acquiring new small business relationships while also deepening existing relationships. Facilitate accurate and timely fulfillment by opening new products and services or sending referrals as appropriate. Meet expectations in generating deposit accounts, loan applications, ancillary services, and referrals to other lines of business. Provide an exceptional level of service and follow-up to make the client's experience remarkable. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Broad professional level of knowledge and expertise in banking and sales, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development area or call center environment. Ability to effectively handle sales opportunities through high-volume remote channels, including telephone and email. Strong interpersonal skills to relate to and empathize with other people and to maintain a professional, friendly, and courteous demeanor throughout the day. Ability to utilize standard PC-based software (Microsoft Office) and web-based Customer Relationship Management software. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements. Certifications or designations in banking or sales, such as the Certified Business Banker (CBB) or the Certified Sales Professional (CSP).
