Communication: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient office operations, and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders. Other Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and needs. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or related field, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and practices. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software, as well as excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
