As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing live chat interactions with customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns, and utilizing resources and knowledge base to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Key Responsibilities Manage live chat interactions with customers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries and concerns Utilize resources and knowledge base to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues Identify and escalate any complex or escalated customer concerns to the appropriate team member Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience Provide feedback to management on common customer issues and suggest improvements to processes Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to be a driven individual with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
