Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information about flight schedules, fare information, and other inquiries. Assist customers with booking, changing, and cancelling reservations, and resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional, empathetic manner. Record and manage customer information and interactions in our CRM system, and stay updated on blithequark Airlines policies, procedures, and promotions. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional customer service. Work independently in a remote setting, utilizing your problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet to resolve customer issues. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise information to customers. Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an airline or travel industry setting. Experience working remotely or in a virtual call center environment.
