Job Type and Location This is a full-time remote position, open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing timely and professional support. Assist customers with booking flights and other travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless experience. Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating empathy and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Communicate with customers about flight changes, cancellations, or delays, providing clear and concise information.
