Comprehensive benefits package, including: 401(k) and 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Job Summary As a Receiving Clerk and Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in our Purchasing Department, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of purchase orders and receipts. Key Responsibilities Receive and process purchase orders based on daily and monthly receipt metrics Collaborate with Project Managers to obtain updates on open orders Work with the A/P Office to address pending invoices Contact suppliers for information regarding purchase orders Create and update open purchase orders report daily to provide visibility on the status of orders Assign team responsibilities based on open purchase report Update and manage receiving and open purchase order metric spreadsheet Send monthly reports to accounting directors for office performance Update and manage performance improvement log Reconcile unvouchered receipts Requirements and Qualifications Education Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred Experience Two to five years of experience in receiving or purchasing Skills and Competencies Microsoft Dynamics SL experience is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and follow-up skills required Detail-oriented and highly self-motivated Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Working Conditions and Requirements Full-time, local position Ability to work in a safe and professional environment, complying with all regulatory requirements, including OSHA, State, and Federal regulations Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the position Employees will be subject to random drug and alcohol testing upon reasonable suspicion or other administrative requirements The company is a "dog-friendly" environment General Responsibilities for All Employees Commitment to Company values and agrees with Company standards, policies, directives, and procedures Follows all safety procedures and protocols Respects and protects confidential and proprietary records and information Fulfills work schedule requirements The job description is not intended to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of all types of duties, responsibilities, or tasks expected to be performed by the employee Career Growth and Learning Benefits At Advanced Material, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
