Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the face of our organization, influencing members' experiences through your interactions with them. You will respond to questions, resolve issues, and provide guidance on our plans, policies, and procedures. Key Responsibilities Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues via phone, web, or written correspondence Provide guidance on blithequark plans, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Build trusting and caring relationships with members, understanding their unique needs and preferences Document and track contacts with members, providers, and plan supports Escalate emergencies to appropriate staff Provide member-related information to answer unasked questions, such as plan details, benefit information, and self-service tools Explain member rights and limitations as per contract Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree Customer service experience in a transactional environment, such as a call center or retail store Ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion Experience in a production environment High school diploma or GED equivalent Preferred Qualifications Ability to multitask and meet productivity standards Understanding of clinical terminology Excellent oral and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Analytical skills Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a work-from-home environment What We Offer At blithequark, we offer a competitive salary of $35 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
