About the Role We're looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to work from home as part of our Customer Care division. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering heart-driven service to our millions of plan members. You'll assist members with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and providing solutions to simplify their health care experience.
