Job Summary We're looking for a highly skilled Client Experience Expert to join our remote customer service team. As a Client Experience Partner at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, timely resolutions to their issues, and a personalized shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, providing solutions and resolving problems efficiently. Assist customers with order tracking, product information, and general inquiries, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order-related issues, track shipments, and guarantee timely deliveries. Stay up-to-date on Blithequark's extensive product catalog and effectively communicate product information to customers. Take ownership of order processing, cancellations, returns, and exchanges, adhering to company policies and procedures. Collect and share customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to ongoing enhancement initiatives. Adhere to Blithequark's policies and procedures while utilizing customer service tools to maintain accurate records. Essential Qualifications: Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer support setting, preferably in retail. 1 year of experience in interacting directly with clients, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. 1 year of experience in identifying and resolving client issues, collaborating with teams to address challenges, and finding solutions to improve customer satisfaction. 1 year of experience in successfully managing time, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely responses. 1 year of experience in building client relationships and resolving client complaints. Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficient in using customer service tools and software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Physical Demands: As a remote Customer Service Representative, you will be working from home and will not be required to perform any physical tasks. However, you should be able to: Work in a quiet and dedicated workspace. Use a computer and various software applications. Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
