Key Responsibilities: Active Listening: Engage with customers to understand their concerns and provide personalized solutions. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upsell products and features while emphasizing benefits and value. Exceptional Customer Service: Demonstrate excellent soft skills to provide a world-class customer experience. Product Knowledge: Provide information about current plans and products, and position new solutions that align with customer needs. Technical Skills: Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy. Requirements: Technical Requirements: High-speed internet with at least 10 MBPS download speed (no satellite). A USB wired headset with noise-canceling microphone. Quiet, secured workspace. Personal Qualities: 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED. Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette. Experience using a computer in a work or non-work setting. Must be able to thrive in a highly structured environment. Schedule with open availability (evenings and weekends required). Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience. Location: Must live in Texas to apply for this requisition.
