As a key member of our VIP Travel Consultancy team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional travel experiences for our top clients. Working from the comfort of your own home, you'll collaborate with your team to provide creative and timely travel solutions, ensuring that every customer interaction is a memorable one. About the Role As an Experienced Full Stack Travel Consultant, you'll be responsible for advising and arranging travel for VIP corporate business customers, both individuals and groups. You'll work with a variety of complexity, booking domestic and international business travel for air, road, rail, and accommodations. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to effectively interact with customers over the telephone, messaging (chat), email, and/or back office systems. Key Responsibilities Advise and arrange travel for VIP corporate business customers (both individuals and groups) Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexity, for air, road, rail, and accommodations Communicate effectively with customers over the telephone, messaging (chat), email, and/or back office systems Act as a trusted advisor by using travel expertise to proactively provide advice and selling additional services to clients to meet their needs while adhering to their company's travel policy Work individually and as a team to meet business and account-specific goals, which may include customer satisfaction, call adherence, and service metrics What We're Looking For We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. To be successful in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications Previous experience in travel (preferably business travel) and comprehensive understanding of fares and ticketing rules for car, air, and hotel Passion for excellence in providing white glove VIP service, including proactive anticipation of needs Native GDS expertise (Sabre) Professional communication (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Act with integrity, and look after personal traveler information Possess a strong understanding of the travel industry (background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservation) Resolving customer issues quickly and independently Teamwork and openness to feedback Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a high-touch service environment Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Flexibility to work 12 PM to 9 PM eastern time Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills and competencies, including: Technical Skills Native GDS expertise (Sabre) Strong understanding of fares and ticketing rules for car, air, and hotel Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Experience with CRM software and other travel industry tools Soft Skills Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits We're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills, with a range of opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
