Job Summary As a Specialist, Building Controls at blithequark, you will be responsible for ensuring client and partner safety and comfort while minimizing help costs. You will perform complex diagnostic procedures, provide proactive solutions to issues, apply advanced software techniques, implement solutions, and follow up to ensure the effectiveness of solutions. You will also perform special or unique programming tasks to building controls systems by modifying or changing the structure controls methods, identifying and responding to trends with alerts, thaws, and work orders, and identifying and responding to manufacturer reviews.
