As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with Business, Product, and Designing groups to develop better tools and services and improve our products based on the evolving needs of our clients. **Job Summary** As a Product Solutions Engineer at blithequark, you will provide exceptional client care to sponsors and Business groups, managing challenges for Google advertisers across Show, YouTube, Google Analytics, Shopping, Google Ads Platform (GMP), and Mobile/Applications. This role involves troubleshooting, identifying, and resolving complex issues across Google Ads products, collaborating with Product Teams and Designing to resolve product issues, and managing complex issues to improve the client experience. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional client care to sponsors and Business groups, managing challenges for Google advertisers across Show, YouTube, Google Analytics, Shopping, Google Ads Platform (GMP), and Mobile/Applications. * Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve complex issues across Google Ads products. * Collaborate with Product Teams and Designing to resolve product issues. * Manage complex issues to improve the client experience. * Develop and model devices to empower the investigation of client issues and inquiries to work with the investigation of standard use cases. * Work with Designing groups on Foundation dispatches, updates, and relocations. * Engage with cross-functional partners, including Business, Designing, and Product groups, to build automation systems and cycles to recognize and prevent item messes with/issues. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * Four years of certification or equivalent experience. * Three years of experience with coding using a widely applicable programming language (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python), working with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, APIs) or performing data analysis and representation using SQL-like query languages. * Experience in framework planning/ API, programming language including data structures and algorithms, AI essentials. * Experience working with the Google Ads organization and internet business products. * Understanding of backend framework concepts (e.g., reserve, memory management), mobile application working framework, mobile application data analysis product, and ability to investigate issues using troubleshoot log. * Ability to decipher information to impact across cross-functional partners in gTech and Designing associations and convey technical issues to both technical and non-technical crowds. * Ability to investigate and troubleshoot labeling issues on sites using engineer instruments (e.g., Chrome DevTools). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in framework planning/ API, programming language including data structures and calculations, AI essentials. * Experience working with the Google Ads organization and internet business products. * Understanding of backend framework concepts (e.g., reserve, memory management), mobile application working framework, mobile application data analysis product, and ability to investigate issues using troubleshoot log. * Ability to decipher information to impact across cross-functional partners in gTech and Designing associations and convey technical issues to both technical and non-technical crowds. * Ability to investigate and troubleshoot labeling issues on sites using engineer instruments (e.g., Chrome DevTools). **Skills and Competencies** * Strong understanding of web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, APIs). * Experience with coding using a widely applicable programming language (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python). * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. * Strong understanding of backend framework concepts (e.g., reserve, memory management), mobile application working framework, mobile application data analysis product, and ability to investigate issues using troubleshoot log. * Ability to decipher information to impact across cross-functional partners in gTech and Designing associations and convey technical issues to both technical and non-technical crowds. * Ability to investigate and troubleshoot labeling issues on sites using engineer instruments (e.g., Chrome DevTools). **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Product Solutions Engineer at blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop your skills in web and cloud application development.
